HOW TO PURCHASE AND PAY

• Explore the assortment of our catalogue and choose what you like.
• Add items to your cart. If you want to buy more than one item, enter the required quantity in the field corresponding to the quantity.
• Once you have made your selection, open your shopping cart to make sure you have selected all the items you want.
• Choose the most convenient way to receive the goods.
• Click "Start Payment" when all of the above is confirmed.    
• You will be presented with two options:

1. Create a new account.
2. Register as a guest

• Fill in the required information. 
• In the next section, a window will appear in which you need to pay for the purchase by entering your bank card details.
• After entering the card details, your order information and summary will appear again. 
• Last action: press the ORDER button     
• A window will appear with a message about successful payment.

1. General

1.1. SIA Sudraba saule, reg. No. 40103920728, legal address: 31a Zemeņu Street, Jurmala, LV-2008, actual address 73 Ģertrūdes Street, Riga, LV-1011 (hereinafter - Sudraba saule), shall provide accessible content on the website www.grazulsjewelry.lv (hereinafter - Website) and render the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, subject to the terms of delivery, return and other conditions and policies of the Company set forth on the Website in relation to certain features, items or advertising, and provide customer service, whereas all the above is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter - the Terms and Conditions) and is an integral part thereof.

1.2. Sudraba saule shall reserve the right to change the Terms of Use without prior notice.

1.3. If a consumer purchases goods offered for sale on the Sudraba saule website via the Internet (hereinafter - the Goods), then such mutual agreement shall be considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the legal provisions governing Distance Contract, including but not limited to Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on Consumer Protection in respect of distance contracts, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Rules for distance contracts”.

2. Privacy

2.1. Registration data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

2.2. The information you provide will not be transferred to third parties without your consent or used in any other way without your prior consent.

2.3. During the registration process, you will not be required to provide financial information, only the data required to pay for the purchase and draw up shipping documents. The consumer shall agree to the processing of personal data.

3. Price Policy

3.1. All prices in the online store www.grazulsjewelry.lv are inclusive of taxes. Shipping cost is not included in the price.

3.2. Prices and offer shall be subject to change without notice. If the actual price of the product differs from that indicated on the Website, we will contact you to agree on further actions. If we are unable to contact you, the order shall be cancelled.

4. Delivery 

4.1. Delivery is carried out via Latvijas Pasts and Omniva.

4.2. Items that can be purchased immediately are shipped the next business day after payment is received.

4.3. Items to be manufactured are dispatched the next business day after manufacture of the order.

4.4. The time of manufacture for the order is up to one week, unless other times of manufacture have been agreed initially.

4.5. We start manufacturing the goods after receiving the payment. A notification will be sent by email.

4.6. The goods can be received without delivery costs in our workshop shop in Riga, at 73 Ģertrūdes Street.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment is made through the STRIPE payment system by entering bank card details.

6. Return of Goods

6.1. The buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods to Sudraba saule.

6.2. The return of the goods shall take place in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. Sudraba saule shall not bear responsibility for any delay or default or other types of non-compliance due to circumstances and obstacles beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, military or national emergency, terrorist threats or actions, environmental or climatic anomalies, non-compliance by third parties, Internet connection failures, and computer hardware and software failures. In the event of such force majeure obstacles, we will try to eliminate the delays as soon as possible.
